Our pink and fruity twist on the iconic French 75, with a transparent gin but pink syrup. Fruity and crisp. If you haven’t tried the classic or other twist such as the Cassis Noir 75 we highly recommend them too!
Ingredients
30 ml Hernö Pink BTL Gin
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml raspberry syrup *
Top with Champagne
Preparation
Pour Hernö Pink BTL Gin, fresh lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute and top with Champagne.
