50 ml Hernö Gin
Take a highball glass and fill the whole glass with ice. Pour in Hernö Gin, top with premium tonic and garnish with a lemon zest. To be a little more creative, add peppar to really get the herbal note in Hernö Gin going. But be careful, not too much tonic. One part gin and maximum two parts tonic.
