This is not a pink cocktail, the garnish might give a slight pink hue. A Gin & Tonic with fruity top notes. Enjoy. 50 ml Hernö Pink BTL Gin 100 ml premium Indian tonic Strawberries Fill the glass with ice. Pour in Hernö Pink BTL Gin, top with tonic and garnish with slices strawberries.

Top with premium tonic. *Home made espresso coffee syrup is far more delicious than readymade. Just cook 5 dl coffee and 5 dl sugar to a syrup and let it refrigerate. Ready to use.

A warming Hernö Jakt & Tonic with gin, simple syrup, heated tonic and a top of whipped cream. To add a touch of the forests in northern Sweden, garnish with lingonberry powder. Ingredients 30 ml Hernö Old Tom Gin 8 ml simple syrup 100 ml heated Tonic water Whipped cream Lingonberry powder* Preparation Pour Hernö Old Tom Gin and simple syrup into a glass. Stir. Heat Tonic water to 85–90 degrees Celsius. Pour into the glass. Top with whipped cream and lingonberry powder. If you want to keep the cocktail warm longer, preheat the glass. * Prepare your own lingonberry powder: Mix dried lingonberries into powder.
