Hernö Pink BTL Gin is an organic London Dry Gin, no additives such as colour, artificial aromas or sugar. Gin shouldn’t be coloured as a marketing gimmick. Hernö Pink BTL Gin is a fruity and floral gin yet juniper predominant. Distilled with a total of eight organic botanicals including juniper, strawberries and rose petals. Bottled at 42%.

Let our distiller Johan Wester explain Hernö Pink BTL Gin. And say hello to our awarded Hernö Dry Gin with a twist: strawberries and rose added to our original recipe and bottled in a pink bottle. This is not a cocktail. Pink Gin is a cocktail. This is a pink bottle of gin. According to European Liquor Regulation there is no product existing called Pink Gin. Pink Gin is a classic cocktail created with gin and Angostura Bitter. This launch is a statement to clearify the regulations and stay true to the tradition of gin.

Smooth. Creamy. Crammed with ripe raspberries. A soft forestral dream in a glass. A trip to raspberry heaven. Ingredients: 50 ml Hernö Pink BTL Gin 30 ml raspberry syrup 1 whole egg Preparation: Pour Hernö Pink BTL Gin, raspberry syrup* and one whole egg into a shaker. Shake everything without ice. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled glass. *Raspberry syrup: Just cook 500 g. sugar and 500 g. water to a syrup. Add 250 g. raspberries and let it rest for three hours. Strain. Ready to use.

This is not a pink cocktail, the garnish might give a slight pink hue. A Gin & Tonic with fruity top notes. Enjoy. Ingredients: 50 ml Hernö Pink BTL Gin 100 ml premium Indian tonic Strawberries Preparation: Fill the glass with ice. Pour in Hernö Pink BTL Gin, top with tonic and garnish with slices strawberries.

The remedy: Gin. Ingredients: 60 ml Hernö Pink BTL Gin 2 dashes Angostura Bitter Preparation: Pour Hernö Pink BTL Gin and two dashes of Angostura Bitter into a stirring glass. Fill the glass with ice to ¾ and stir with a spoon for about 10 seconds for perfect dilution. Finally strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass.

Our pink and fruity twist on the iconic French 75, with a transparent gin but pink syrup. Fruity and crisp. If you haven’t tried the classic or other twist such as the Cassis Noir 75 we highly recommend them too! Ingredients 30 ml Hernö Pink BTL Gin 15 ml lemon juice 15 ml raspberry syrup * Top with Champagne Preparation Pour Hernö Pink BTL Gin, fresh lemon juice and raspberry syrup into a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute and top with Champagne.

Dry Martini is a really straightforward cocktail, the challenge is to decide whether the garnish should be an olive or a lemon zest. We choose lemon zest to enhance the flavours in Hernö Pink BTL Gin. This take on the classic cocktail, using Mancino Sakura, gives a Dry Martini with bold floral notes with viola, cherry blossoms and rose. Ingredients 60 ml Hernö Pink BTL Gin 10 ml Mancino Sakura lemon zest Preparation Pour Hernö Pink BTL Gin and Mancino Sakura into a stirring glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
