40 ml Hernö Dalarosso Gin 5 ml Mancino Secco 25 ml lemon juice 15 ml Raspberry Cordial 1 bsp browned butter, slightly salted 20 ml egg white Shake twice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 dashes of browned buter and a lemon zest.
