Elderflower has a mythical history, believed to possess magical powers such as bringing good luck and protection or to ward off evil spirits. We can't promise any of this. But we do know that Elderflower syrup is a perfect mach with strawberries. Ingredients: Fresh strawberries 20 ml Elderflower syrup 20 ml lemon juice 50 ml Hernö Old Tom Gin Soda Water Ice Preparation: Muddle two strawberries in a glass. Add Elderflower syrup, lemon juice and Hernö Old Tom Gin. Top with Soda Water and ice. Garnish with strawberries.
