Slowgroni Ingredients: 30 ml Hernö Slow Sloe Gin 30 ml Sweet Vermouth 30 ml Italian red bitter Preparation: Stir all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a tumbler with a big block of ice. Twist a zest of orange over the glass. The Sloegroni is a riff on the iconic Negroni, this is our slow version, Hernö Slowgroni. A fruity and more mellow version. Still with a punch of juniper from the cask.
