Our twist on the classic French 75, with Hernö Blackcurrant. Cassis Noir. Fruity and fresh. If you haven’t tried it already, we highly recommend the classic too.
Ingredients
50 ml Hernö Blackcurrant
15 ml lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup
Champagne
Preparation
Pour Hernö Blackcurrant, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup into a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Strain the cocktail into a champagne flute and top with Champagne.
