50 ml Hernö Sipping Gin 2021 30 ml lemon juice 20 ml simple syrup 10 ml egg white Angostura Bitter Shake Hernö Sipping GIn 2021, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white for 10 seconds, add ice and shake again for 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled glass filled with ice. Top with a few dashes Angostura Bitter.
