Dry Martini is a really straightforward cocktail, the challenge is to decide whether the garnish should be an olive or a lemon zest. We choose lemon zest to enhance the flavours in Hernö Pink BTL Gin. This take on the classic cocktail, using Mancino Sakura, gives a Dry Martini with bold floral notes with viola, cherry blossoms and rose.
Ingredients
60 ml Hernö Pink BTL Gin
10 ml Mancino Sakura
lemon zest
Preparation
Pour Hernö Pink BTL Gin and Mancino Sakura into a stirring glass. Fill with ice and stir for about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon zest.
