Hernö Gin


Gin and honey is a true lovestory. A perfect combination. Did you know that the expression ”bee’s knees” means sweet and good? When the bee flit from flower to flower to collect nectar it sticks on the legs of the bee. So the bee’s knees are where good stuff for the honey is collected.

Ingredients:
60 ml Hernö Gin
25 ml honeywater*
20 ml lemon juice

Preparation:
Shake Hernö Gin, honeywater and fresh lemon juice with ice for about 8 seconds. Strain into a coupette glass or cocktail glass.

*To make honeywater, dissolve two parts honey in one part warm water.
