Ingredients: 50 ml Hernö Sloe Gin 20 ml simple syrup 25 ml lemon juice 10 ml egg white Preparation: Pour Hernö Sloe Gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and egg white into a shaker. Shake everything without ice. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass.
